LVRS EMT Course Application - 2018-2019

This is an application to be enrolled in Londonderry Volunteer Rescue’s 2018-2019 EMT Course. The course is being taught by Vicky Collingwood, Doug Friant, Matt Kujovsky and Marge Fish. The instructors will review your application and let you know if you have been accepted as soon as possible. This class is limited to sixteen students who must be approved in advance by the instructors. Preference will be given to potential LVRS and Stratton Mountain Rescue members. Students must be at least 18 years old as of March 1, 2019. They must have access to a computer for reading, course assignments and testing. They must be sponsored by LVRS or affiliated with another EMS organization. $600 Is due at the first class and is non-refundable as soon as the text book is opened and the code is scratched off. The fee will be reimbursed by LVRS for students who become successfully licensed by the state and who join LVRS as full members. Thank you for applying!
