Thank you for considering a donation to LVRS.
Contributing is always important to help us serve our community as we are one of the last completely free ambulance services in Vermont. It is especially important now. We are replacing our aging 2010 ambulance with a new four wheel drive model that will be fully equipped with advanced life support systems.
The new ambulance costs more than $270,000.00, so every contribution is generous and needed – no matter how small or how large.
Your donation is very much appreciated and will help to keep our services free. We run about 500 calls a year with all volunteer members. Running an advanced life support ambulance and rescue service in the mountains of Vermont is extremely expensive, but because of the generosity and support of the communities and the residents that we serve, we have never needed to charge any of our patients for our transports and services.
